Sie möchten Produktionsprozesse nachhaltig verbessern und innovative Technologien in die Fertigung überführen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Prozessingenieur (m/w/d).

• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Qualität, Effizienz und Kosten.
• Einführung neuer Produkte und Technologien in die Produktion sowie Unterstützung von Technologietransfers.
• Analyse komplexer Prozess- und Qualitätsprobleme sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger technischer Lösungen.
• Planung und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und Investitionsprojekten.
• Erstellung von Prozessdesigns, Verfahrensbeschreibungen sowie Unterstützung bei Engineering- und CAPEX-Projekten.
• Mitwirkung bei Prozesssicherheitsanalysen, Änderungsmanagement und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen.
• Technische Beratung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technologie, Engineering und weiteren Fachbereichen.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Umfeld der chemischen Industrie.
• Kenntnisse in Prozesssicherheit, Anlagenoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
• Erfahrung mit Investitionsprojekten sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen (z. B. ATEX, MOC, PHA) von Vorteil.
• Fließend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams.
