They are seeking a Financial Reporting System Admin Analyst to support the technical creation, standardization, delivery, and automation of global financial management reports, collaborating closely with the OneStream Business team during reorganizations and upgrades. Responsibilities: - Support, develop and enhance the application and its processes in a manner that will result in an efficient and stable production environment for global reporting - Design, develop, implement, and support all new report build and dashboarding capabilities in OneStream via cube view along with on-going maintenance - Coordinate with the OneStream Business team for support during OneStream reorganizations, implementations, upgrades, and patches - Act as a key liaison between the Reporting and Controls group, FP&A, the OneStream Business team, and the OneStream Technical team - Document processes, OneStream enhancements, and reports to streamline training and knowledge sharing - Standardize reports / reporting processes to improve OneStream application for end users - Build reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using multiple data sources to meet business requirements - Maintain and distribute existing reports, books, and dashboards through parcel service - Participate in projects to support Enterprise Finance process and governance when needed - Understand global financial processes and update key inputs and outputs as new processes are implemented Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 1+ years of IT, Accounting, or Finance experience - Working knowledge of financial reporting systems (OneStream: quick views) - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age - Experience developing and analyzing reports, including the ability to analyze results, present findings, and offer solutions Preferred Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems - Experience with financial reporting systems (OneStream: cube views, books, dashboarding) - Experience with Oracle General Ledger - Prior experience with P&L review - Technical/Developer experience - Experience with various other internal reporting applications (Visual Basic, SQL, FactFinder, OBIEE, Tableau, MicroStrategy, OnBase, Mobius) - Familiarity with Finance Systems or IT; Technical experience such as prior FRS experience Required Skills: OneStream, Oracle General Ledger, Visual Basic, SQL, FactFinder, OBIEE, Tableau, MicroStrategy, OnBase, Mobius, Financial Reporting Systems, Financial Reporting, Report Development Benefits: A wide range of world-class benefits designed for you, From retirement to health care, from total well-being to your daily commute
