DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES - GOA

Sheetal Enterprises is looking for reliable and responsible Delivery & Customer
Support Executives to support our Industrial Products business.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver industrial products, documents and materials to customers
Collect materials from suppliers when required
¢ Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of products
¢ Obtain delivery acknowledgements and maintain delivery records
¢ Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries
¢ Assist the Sales Team with customer visits and material requirements
¢ Support packing, dispatch and basic warehouse activities
¢ Assist in collection of documents/payment follow-ups when required
¢ Maintain basic records of deliveries and collections
Candidate Profile
¢ Minimum 10th / 12th pass / ITI / Diploma preferred
¢ 13 years of delivery / field / industrial experience preferred
¢ Valid two-wheeler driving licence is essential
¢ Own two-wheeler preferred
¢ Good knowledge of Goa roads and industrial areas
¢ Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Google Maps
¢ Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage
¢ Good communication and customer-handling skills
¢ Honest, punctual and responsible
¢ Willing to travel throughout Goa
Candidates with experience in industrial products, hardware, engineering
products, electrical products, pneumatic products, valves, pumps or
instrumentation will be preferred.

Expected Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month, depending on experience and
