The role involves acting as a liaison between finance, technology, and operations teams, assisting with project coordination, and supporting the development of financial systems initiatives. Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison between finance, technology, and operations teams to support ongoing initiatives - Assist with project coordination, including scheduling meetings and ensuring the right stakeholders are involved - Help document and organize financial systems, tools, and workflows across the team - Support the development of a 'finance technology landscape' to map out systems and processes - Perform administrative and project support tasks related to financial systems initiatives - Work with and analyze data using tools like Excel, SQL, and reporting platforms (e.g., Crystal Reports) - Contribute to process improvements and explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation Required Qualifications: - Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with an interest in technology - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Interest in financial systems, data, and process improvement - Experience with Excel required; exposure to SQL or data tools is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Required Skills: Excel, SQL, Crystal Reports, Financial systems, Data analysis, Process improvement
