About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Service Manager to lead our workshop operations, spare parts department, and overall service performance. This is a key role for the business, where you will be responsible for profitability, efficiency, service quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Lead, train, and develop service advisors and technicians
• Oversee spare parts operations, including availability and pricing
• Set and control pricing for labor and spare parts
• Monitor and improve key KPIs: productivity, efficiency, revenue, and margins
• Implement and optimize service processes and standards
• Ensure accurate warranty handling and service documentation
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention
• Contribute to service growth and business planning
• Manage and improve service-related IT systems (Bitrix, 1C, etc.)
• Use data and reporting to enhance operational performance

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in automotive industry (three to five years)
• Exceptional technical understanding and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Team management experience
• Valid UAE motorcycle license is a big plus
• Passion for motorcycles
