Data Analyst Intern - Remote at Sharecare in Remote

Summary: Sharecare is the leading digital health company that helps people unify and manage their health in one place. The Data Analyst Intern will support the Clinical, Billing, and Extract team by developing a standardized intake process for new work requests and improving the efficiency of request submissions. Responsibilities: - Define, document, and consolidate existing capabilities across billing and extract functions - Assist in designing and maintaining a standardized intake/request form to improve clarity and efficiency in ticket submission - Support the intake and lifecycle management of new requests, including documentation and communication - Partner with stakeholders to facilitate accurate and complete request submissions - Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure alignment and effective delivery of requests Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - Minimum GPA of 3.0 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to take initiative Preferred Qualifications: - Previous work experience or meaningful extracurricular involvement preferred - Exposure to SQL, data analysis tools, or healthcare data is a pluS Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SQL, Data analysis, Healthcare data
