Job Description
Summary: Shapiro+Raj is the largest certified minority business enterprise insights and inspiration company in North America. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the logistics and financials of custom research projects, overseeing various stages of market research while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day project execution and coordination with the market research team
- Works with appropriate internal and external team members to efficiently and effectively implement projects according to objectives and specifications
- Manages vendors and serves as day-to-day contact and liaison between client team and vendors
- Coordinates with research associates, data/analytical specialists, moderators, executives and managers, and operations staff in project execution
- Manages the operational and financial health of projects through integrated software
- Maintains quality research data through verification of participant qualifications and articulation
- Creates and updates project documents, including calendar invites and profile updates
- Evaluates recruiting progress against goals, identifies issues, and recommends solutions
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, work ethic, and professionalism in all communications
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Balances team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts the success of team above own interests; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyone's efforts to succeed
- Works alongside a team of Field & Project Managers and our Operations team to collaborate on ways to improve project processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or University or relevant professional experience
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, work ethic, and professionalism in all communications

- Diligence in operations execution
- Ethical execution of qualitative and quantitative data collection
- Team mentorship while upholding corporate principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of industry experience and/or training in research, marketing, or relevant project management experience
