This document contains the responsibilities applicable to the position: PATIENT RECRUITMENT REPRESENTATIVE RBS. Failure to comply with the provisions of this document is considered by the signatory parties as a serious fault and just cause to terminate the employment contract, without compensation for damages.
Specific Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls from prospective participants, answering questions and providing detailed information about clinical trial opportunities, eligibility criteria, and study requirements.
Coordinate and schedule screening visits, assessments, and follow-up appointments with clinical trial coordinators, ensuring participants are informed of the dates and requirements of their visits.
Provide ongoing support to trial participants throughout the recruitment and enrollment process, answering questions, clarifying concerns, and guiding them through next steps.
Accurately enter participant information, call logs, and notes into the clinical trial database or CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, REDCap). Make sure all data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Maintain detailed records of calls, emails, and other communications with potential and enrolled participants, ensuring proper documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes.
Follow up with interested participants who have expressed interest but have not yet completed registration, providing reminders and helping with any obstacles they may face.
Ensure that all hiring data is validated to ensure accuracy. Work with the team to resolve any data discrepancies.
Refer qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters for further screening and enrollment.
Performs other related duties as assigned, either in support of the department's objectives or for your personal or professional training, education, or development, as scheduled by your immediate superior.
qualifications
Academic background: Technologist or Professional in engineering, biology, microbiology, nursing, chemistry or related careers.
Experience: Minimum experience of 1 year to 2 years.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes, study protocols and terminology will be assessed.
Technical knowledge: MS Office Excel intermediate level.
Note 1: Regarding technical knowledge, if you do not comply with all of it, the company will ensure compliance and follow-up through inclusion in the training/training program
Languages: Englishnecessary to perform the role as required by the country of care.
