Role & responsibilities

**Senior Manager Business Development (Inspections)

• Scope of job /Activities handled: Operations with experience in Business Development
• To handle Business development and operations in North / South including Key Client Business
• Successfully develop new Business covering regions, products, services ensuring Business growth.
• Handle operations efficiently meeting all KPI ensuring timely delivery with no major dissatisfaction.
• Garment production / Textile Background/ Footwear know how.
• Strong negotiation skills and decision-making helping Business development.
• Good in communication skills, decision making, providing innovative solutions in time.
• Should be able to take responsibility.

Preferred candidate profile

• Essential: Degree in Textiles / Apparels/ Footwear.
• Desirable: Technical know-how in Production/ Quality control with strong experience in Business Development
• Specialization: Experience in Operations with major experience in Business development. Good communication and negotiation skills required.
