Overview

We are looking for motivated candidates with disabilities to join our growing team in an entry-level role. Depending on your interests and background, we will help you find the team where you can grow best. You will work with colleagues and partners across different countries, so the ability to communicate in English is important. No extensive experience is required; if you have a willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude, this opportunity is for you.

Who we are

SESTEK is a global technology company developing AI-powered conversational solutions that empower organizations to be data-driven, enhance efficiency, and offer superior customer experiences. We are an R&D center, and our solutions are developed by a team of over 100 engineers specializing in text-to-speech, speech recognition, natural language processing, and voice biometrics technologies. As of 2022, we are part of Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider, and we have grown into an international organization with over 500 dynamic team members. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU, and MENA regions.

What we expect

• Support the day-to-day operations of the team you are placed in, based on your interests and background.
• Keep records accurate, organized, and up to date, and prepare simple reports when needed.
• Follow our processes and procedures carefully and flag issues early.
• Work with colleagues across teams and share information clearly.
• Learn our tools and processes quickly and contribute to team goals from the start.

Who we are looking for

• Ability to communicate in English, both in writing and verbally.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Entry-level: no specific work experience is required; internship or part-time experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a careful, organized way of working.
• Clear communication with colleagues from different teams.
• A strong willingness to learn and grow.

We’re also looking for

• A strong can-do attitude and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach - you see what needs to be done and take action
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability - you take responsibility, follow through, and don’t wait to be told what to do
• A flexible and collaborative mindset - you enjoy working across teams and are willing to contribute beyond your core responsibilities when needed
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves, step in where needed, and help the team get things done, even when it falls outside your usual scope

Nice to have

• Internship or part-time work experience.
• Interest in building a long-term career at a technology company.
• Curiosity and openness to new ideas.

What we can offer you

• A chance to be part of a company specializing in artificial intelligence, where you’ll work on real products with real impact.
• Flat organizational structure and an energetic team that moves fast and values your voice, so you own outcomes, not just tasks.
• Freedom to try new ideas and build your own solutions, in a culture where failing fast is fine as long as we learn from it.
• Flexible/hybrid working style with the option to work from our İstanbul or Ankara office.
• Private health insurance, meal card, and transportation allowance.
• Incentive for graduate and postgraduate studies.
• Training opportunities for technical and personal development, and support for certificate programs related to the field, in a culture that encourages you to stay curious and keep learning.
• Budget for external activities with your colleagues, organized by the SESTEK Social Activity Committee.
• Birthday celebrations, parties, happy hours, and seasonal events.
• Breakfast and healthy snacks available all day long in the office.
• Exclusive discounts at our partner institutions.
