At SERVPRO Team Doyle, we are industry leaders in fire, water, and storm restoration across our 6 Pennsylvania franchise locations. When disaster strikes, our teams are the frontline response helping families and businesses rebuild their lives. Our rapid growth relies on standard-setting talent, and we are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our talent acquisition strategy.

The Role

As our Remote Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, talent pipeline development, and hiring strategy for all 6 PA locations. You won't just fill open roles—you will build scalable sourcing channels, partner directly with executive leadership, and elevate our employer brand to attract top-tier talent in restoration, skilled trades, operations, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across 6 PA franchise locations, from intake meetings and job design to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extensions, and onboarding handoffs.
• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pools: Build and maintain deep candidate pipelines for high-demand restoration, management, and field operations roles using job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, cold outreach, and local trade networks.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with Franchise Managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and streamline selection processes.
• Process Elevation: Optimize interview frameworks, tracking systems, and candidate communication touchpoints to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Metrics & Performance: Track key hiring metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Retention) to optimize talent strategies and maximize bonus potential.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition management experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Direct recruitment experience in the Restoration Industry, Construction, Trades, Logistics, or multi-location Field Services is strongly preferred.
• Multi-Unit Sourcing: Proven ability to manage non-exempt and exempt recruitment across multiple operational sites or franchise locations simultaneously.
• Time Zone Alignment: Must reside in and operate strictly within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
• Communication & Drive: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong negotiation ability, and a self-driven, metric-focused mindset.

What We Offer

• Competitive Compensation: $90,000+ total compensation target in Year 1 (Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Placement Bonus/Commission structure based on hiring success).

• 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from the comfort of your home with a full WFH set-up provided by SERVPRO (laptop, hardware, and tech package).

• Comprehensive Benefits Package:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance options
  • Company-paid Life Insurance
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays
  • Retirement/401(k) planning options

• Stability & Growth: Join an industry-leading, nationally recognized brand with strong regional leadership and long-term career growth potential.
