We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join the AMS Event Marketing team and own the operational management of our corporate suite at Madison Square Garden, while supporting the broader Luxury Suite Program (LSP) across premium venue partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of executive hospitality, live-event execution, and stakeholder experience, and is ideal for someone who brings precision, energy, and a genuine passion for creating elevated guest moments.
Reporting into the AMS Event Marketing team, this individual will serve as the day-to-day operational lead for suite-based events at MSG and contribute to the wider portfolio of executive and partner hospitality activations that ServiceNow delivers throughout the year. This role is expected to actively embrace AI tools that improve operational efficiency, streamline reporting, and elevate the guest experience.
qualifications
Suite Operations
Manage suite intake forms, ticket allocations, and pre-event coordination for all MSG events
Submit and oversee food and beverage orders, including special requests
Serve as the on-site suite manager during assigned events, ensuring suite readiness, guest flow, and an exceptional hospitality standard from arrival through departure
Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact with MSG suite services and external vendors
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Brand, and Field Marketing to align suite usage with event objectives and program strategy
Communicate proactively and resolve issues in real time
Program Support and Reconciliation
Reconcile billing and invoices within 30 days post-event
Support Luxury Suite Program execution across additional venues and partner activations as needed throughout the year
Maintain program documentation and reporting to ensure operational continuity and stakeholder visibility
QUALIFICATONS
1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination, corporate hospitality, or venue operations
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Professional, polished presence in guest-facing and executive settings
Proven ability to perform under pressure and adapt in real time
Proficiency with Smartsheet, ticketing platforms, or expense reconciliation tools
Comfort working a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends based on event programming
Curiosity and openness toward adopting AI tools to improve event operations, automate routine workflows, and sharpen program reporting
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $83,400 - $129,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
