Evening Custodian at ServiceMaster… · Chicago

Option #1 Paying $18/hour,

Mondays - 13.5 hour shift starting at 7am to clean three buildings, all with in minutes of each other distance wise.

Wednesdays- 11 hour shift starting at 9am to clean three buildings, all with in minutes of each other distance wise.

Fridays - 11 hour shift starting at 9am to clean three buildings, all with in minutes of each other distance wise.

Option #2, - Each building individually, $17.5/hour,

Exchange; Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am to 3pm

Halsted; Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5pm to 9pm

Warehouse; Mondays only 7am to 9:30am, this can be combined with either of the first two.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated self-starter who can multitask while paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures

· Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, etc..

· Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications

· Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc...)

Qualifications:

· Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver’s License

· Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals

· Ability to follow instructions

· Physical requirements include bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (20 pounds)

Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
