Position Summary

The Maintenance Lead Technician is a senior technical resource and informal team leader responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency. This role performs advanced troubleshooting, preventive, and predictive maintenance, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a go-to resource for the maintenance team. The Lead Technician also coordinates vendor support, manages parts and supplies, and mentors less experienced technicians to optimize equipment performance and production availability.
