You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, lead system enhancements, and empower our People & Experience team to unlock the full potential of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
System Support & Leadership
Provide expert support, training, and guidance on people systems (Workday, Rewards Gateway, etc.)
Manage Workday master data in line with governance frameworks
Oversee ticket management, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (P&E, Payroll, IT) and external vendors
Develop system documentation, process flows, and user guides
Lead and support team performance, identifying development opportunities
System Maintenance & Enhancements
Maintain system configurations, data structures, and processes
Identify and prioritise system improvements and enhancements
Translate business requirements into solutions through analysis and recommendations
Support system design, configuration, testing, and implementation
Stay up to date with HR technology trends and best practices
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Develop and deliver reports and dashboards (both cyclical and ad hoc)
Analyse data across integrated systems and identify impacts
Support data governance and audits to ensure integrity and compliance
Contribute to policy reviews to align with system capabilities
Skills and Experience
Must be an Australian Citizen
Proven experience in HRIS/HCM system administration
Strong Workday experience (Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation, Talent highly desirable)
Experience with ticketing/service management systems
Previous leadership or team management experience desirable
Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Knowledge of HR metrics and employment legislation (desirable)
