By combining real-time analytics, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation, we reduce noise, simplify complexity, and empower security teams to focus on what truly matters.

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity.

What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. AI is reshaping every function across our business, and we enable every team member, regardless of role or level, to build fluency in AI tools and concepts. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify high-value leads through inbound and outbound outreach, serving as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams across the UK&I region. You will initiate meaningful conversations with enterprise prospects, understand their needs, and set the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements. If you are results-driven, naturally curious, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns, managing inbound interest while actively pursuing outbound opportunities to build a strong enterprise sales pipeline across the UK&I region.
• Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients, tailoring product messaging and solutions to resonate with their specific needs, business models, and key decision-making processes.
• Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives, collaborating closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment throughout the sales cycle.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, while reporting on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
• Stay current on product features, the competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends, and work from our Amsterdam office on Tuesdays and Thursdays as part of our hybrid setup.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• Fluency in English (spoken and written), with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills and the ability to deliver engaging, persuasive presentations confidently.
• 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach, with familiarity with CRM tools — Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data, combined with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and a passion for growth and learning.
• We are also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles.
