Job Description
Summary: SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. As a Public Sector Communications Intern, you will support the development of strategic messaging and materials for Federal and State, Local, and Education teams, helping to translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling content.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of digital content pages for key Federal and SLED initiatives
- Develop one-pagers for individual states highlighting business presence, strategic priorities, and statewide sales motions
- Build state-by-state profiles showcasing our work with federal grant programs, including the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Cyber Pilot
- Assist in creating advocacy materials that highlight customer successes tied to SLCGP and FCC Cyber Pilot programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, and public sector teams) to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and impactful
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear messaging
- Interest in public sector, federal government programs, or policy-driven initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with or interest in content creation, research, and building structured deliverables (e.g., one-pagers, profiles)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
