Training & Development Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico The Training & Development Specialist is responsible to administrate the core training processes for the local IDL personnel. Also is responsible for the research, proposal, design, implementation and conducting of any respective training and development program. They should attend any necessary training on hosting the programs, as well as collaborate with any necessary internal or external personnel. General Responsibilities Experience on training detection needs, training plan and training measurement effectiveness.
