Program Manager Location: Baoying, China The Program Manager will lead the scoping, development, and execution of new product development programs focused on the Data Center segment, including products and solutions related to sensors, electrical protection, contactors, power management, and other industrial components. The Program Manager is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget and also act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial technology or manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to new product development, customer-driven requirements, stage-gate execution, and cross-functional program leadership.
