Creo Design Engineer at Segula Technologies in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and release 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings in Creo for two-wheeler components (sheet metal, plastics, trims, chassis, and surface parts).
• Convert styling and concept inputs into manufacturable designs through remastering, surfacing, and packaging studies.
• Ensure designs comply with DFM/DFA principles and Royal Enfield standards.
• Collaborate with Styling, Manufacturing, Testing, and Supplier teams for design feasibility and validation.
• Support design release and change management through PLM/PDM systems (Windchill or equivalent).
• Prepare GD&T-based drawings, BOMs, and tolerance stack-up analysis for production readiness.
