This role plays an important part in delivering excellent customer service by preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and other juice bar items while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Requirements Essential Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, fast, and accurate service. Prepare juices, smoothies, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Take customer orders and handle payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the juice bar, equipment, and work areas. Follow food safety, sanitation, and handwashing standards. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Assist customers with menu questions and product recommendations. Report equipment issues or safety concerns to a supervisor. Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Skills and Requirements: 1+ years in the customer service industry Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service Tidy and self-disciplined Detail oriented and passionate about product quality Reliable transportation Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide). Fluent in the English Language. Spanish is a plus.
