Serve Families. Build a Career with Purpose.

This role is for someone who feels called to serve — and who is driven to sell.

As a Family Service Advisor, you will work in one of our beautiful cemeteries and mortuaries alongside a team that is fun and upbeat — doing work that genuinely matters.

You will walk with families through meaningful decisions, helping them plan, prepare, and find peace of mind. This is not transactional work. It requires presence, compassion, and follow-through.

It is also a professional sales role. Serving families well requires consistency, discipline, daily outreach, and a commitment to growth.

Licensing

This is a licensed role. If you are not yet licensed, we will support you through the process — study materials, coaching, and licensing costs are provided. We expect candidates to pursue licensing promptly and with the same accountability we expect in the field.

• Take feedback, apply it, and keep improving
• Hold yourself accountable to your activity and your results
• Follow through on what you say you're going to do

• Meet with families and guide them through pre-planning with care and clarity
• Educate — not pressure — so families can make confident decisions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through daily outreach and follow-up
• Hit consistent activity expectations that drive appointments and sales
• Communicate clearly with your team so families are fully supported
