We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Grove City, OH office in a security‑focused corporate environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives on staying organized, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll start your journey in Grove City and, as things grow and evolve, this position will later transition to our Dublin, OH location—offering variety and a chance to be part of something new.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front desk operations, including visitor check‑in
• Monitor lobby activity to support site security protocols
• Perform basic data entry and administrative duties
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and security personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with computers, data entry, and office systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and follow security policies
• Reliable and punctual
