Who Are We?

Secure IQ is a fast-growing headhunting, recruitment and talent solutions company helping businesses hire high-performing talent efficiently and at scale. We work with companies that are serious about building strong teams and need a structured, high-quality approach to hiring. Our focus is on delivering consistent results, improving hiring outcomes, and building long-term client relationships.

As we scale, we are expanding our current sales function with recruitment sales stars that can drive predictable revenue growth and capitalise on existing momentum.

About the Role

You’ll take commercial ownership of a portfolio of senior client relationships, carrying an individual revenue target across new business, renewals and account growth.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll lead conversations around client objectives, budgets, proposals and campaign scope. You’ll identify where additional services can meet a client’s needs and build long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach.

A dedicated Campaign Management team handles campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with them to understand performance, address challenges and agree practical solutions that protect the client relationship and commercial outcomes.

This role suits someone who enjoys growing accounts, can confidently navigate difficult client conversations and takes ownership of revenue results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning senior client relationships and delivering revenue across new business, renewals and account growth.
• Running discovery meetings to understand clients’ sales pipeline and marketing objectives.
• Developing and presenting proposals for demand generation and sales development programs.
• Leading renewal conversations at least 60 days before contracts end.
• Building account plans and identifying opportunities to expand services where they meet a genuine client need.
• Managing budget discussions, pricing negotiations and scope changes through to signed agreements.
• Working with Campaign Managers to resolve delivery challenges and communicate solutions to clients.
• Keeping Salesforce opportunities, account activity and forecasts accurate and current.
• Supporting the Sales Director on strategic accounts and larger opportunities.
• Improving proposal templates, renewal processes and commercial consistency.

What Success Looks Like

• Achieving your individual revenue target across new business, renewals and account growth.
• Retaining clients through proactive relationship management and timely renewals.
• Growing accounts through relevant, commercially sound recommendations.
• Maintaining a clear account plan for every portfolio client.
• Resolving client concerns promptly while protecting pricing, scope and margin.
• Building a reliable pipeline and providing accurate weekly forecasts.
• Taking independent ownership of the portfolio following a structured 90-day ramp.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior commercial experience in a B2B agency or services business.
• A proven record of carrying and achieving an individual revenue target.
• Experience managing senior client relationships, including renewals and account expansion.
• A consultative approach to selling ongoing services and building long-term partnerships.
• Confidence discussing campaign performance, budgets and commercial outcomes with senior marketing and sales leaders.
• Strong judgment when handling challenging client conversations.
