We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialist consultation, diagnosis, and comprehensive management of gastrointestinal and liver-related disorders.
Manage complex cases including inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver diseases, pancreatic disorders, and digestive system conditions.
Perform advanced gastroenterology procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other specialized interventions.
Evaluate diagnostic findings and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide pre-procedure assessment, procedural care, and post-procedure follow-up.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of gastroenterology services.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow evidence-based medical practices.
Recognized postgraduate qualification in Gastroenterology.
Extensive experience in managing complex gastrointestinal and hepatology cases.
Expertise in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology procedures.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board certification, Australian Board certification, or South African Board certification are highly preferred.
Proven experience working in a reputed hospital or healthcare facility.
