THE MISSIONMost corporate mental health programs in India are performative. We are changing that by moving from "wellness" to Workplace Dignity Governance. Through our forensic audit and certification engine, we verify 366 indicators to provide structural evidence of inclusion and psychosocial safety. We need a Counselor who operates with the rigor of an auditor and the empathy of a clinician.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Systemic Risk Auditing: Support our forensic audit teams in verifying the "Human Dignity & Well-being" domain on-site at major industrial and corporate hubs.
• PFA Architecture: Build and deploy proprietary Psychological First Aid (PFA) protocols specifically tailored for high-risk industrial environments (Mining, Steel, Manufacturing).
• Curriculum Delivery: Lead the classroom and digital delivery of our 17-module Inclusion & Well-being Series, ensuring high engagement and institutional learning.
• Counseling Governance: Oversee the "Lived Experience" counseling framework for marginalized groups, ensuring that support is intersectional and evidence-based.
• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all well-being offerings are strictly aligned with the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and SEBI BRSR Core requirements.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

• Academic Background: Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Psychiatric Social Work.
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building or delivering Psychological First Aid (PFA) and crisis intervention.
• Critical Thinking: A skeptical, non-sugarcoated analytical style. You must be able to call out "toxic positivity" and identify structural hazards in a workplace.
• Industrial Fluency: Comfort navigating both corporate boardrooms and heavy industrial shop floors.
• Advocacy: A deep commitment to the systemic change goals of the Manvendra Foundation.
