The Finance internship provides a unique opportunity for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience by participating in various financial projects aimed at improving processes and supporting strategic decisions. Responsibilities: - Analyze and improve existing financial reports to enhance accuracy, transparency, and decision-usefulness - Support automation of recurring reports through Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or ERP tools - Document current financial processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report) to improve clarity, controls, and scalability - Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvement recommendations - Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Controlling teams to ensure data consistency across systems - Assist with ERP or finance system implementations, including testing, data validation, and user acceptance support - Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making - Validate data integrity across multiple systems and investigate discrepancies - Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives related to financial systems and reporting Required Qualifications: - Must be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program for Finance/Business or a similar field - Must be able to work from TBD from mid-May to mid-August 2026 - Strong interest in electric vehicles, automotive engineering, and sustainable transportation - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in a fast-paced team environment - Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools Required Skills: Financial analysis, Excel Important Skills: Power BI, ERP tools Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented, Team collaboration
