Summary: Cedar Rapids Community School District is seeking a Kindergarten Para to work part-time supervising students and providing instructional support. The role involves working with students both individually and in groups under the direction of professional staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Two year post secondary education or Paraeducator certificate or qualifying score on NCRC assessment test required
- Willingness to assume responsibility
- Ability to work well with others
- Flexibility in working with classroom teachers
- Ability to work independently
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Enjoy working with young people
- Ability to effectively supervise students while maintaining a positive relationship with them
- Regular attendance
