Summary: Lebanon Community School District is seeking a Preschool Instructional Assistant to provide instructional support to teachers and students. The role involves assisting with individual and group supervision, developing instructional programs, and maintaining student progress.

Responsibilities:
- Assists the designated teacher(s) with individual and group supervision and behavior management of students
- Assists in developing and carrying out individual programs of instruction and support for designated students under the direct supervision of the teacher
- Observes, collects data, and records student progress
- Assists with individual student testing
- Supervises setting up and clean-up before and after activities
- Prepares and organizes instructional materials as directed, including bulletin boards
- Prepares and operates audio-visual equipment as needed
- Assists with student supervision as needed
- Participates in staffing or parent meetings as directed
- Assists parents and community members as needed
- Participates in district classified assistant staff development program activities
- Transports students in district vehicles for class-related activities
- May be required to transport students to and from school under a Type 10 Driver Certification
- Works harmoniously with others and communicates effectively (both orally and in writing) with students, parents, and staff
- Frequent and prolonged talking/hearing conversations

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Child Development Associates (CDA) Credential or above Registry Step 7 or above
- Criminal history clearance
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability through a formal state or local academic assessment
- May be required to obtain an Oregon Type 10 Passenger Driver Certification, which requires a valid driver's license
