The Tax Sophomore Summer Internship offers students the chance to work within the Tax team, gaining real-world experience while collaborating on high-profile projects and receiving mentorship throughout the ten-week program. Responsibilities: - Work alongside talented professionals on high profile projects - Collaborate closely with groups across the firm including Business Analytics, Fund Accounting, and Operations - Assist in tax planning and reporting as it relates to the funds, the management companies, and the family office - Interact with various groups within the firm and with external parties such as investors, managers, fund administrators, and other service providers Required Qualifications: - 2nd year student in an undergraduate university pursuing a degree Accounting/Finance/Business Program or technical degree such as computer science with an interest in tax or accounting - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, sumifs, index match, etc.) - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of data - Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate issues and solutions to different audiences - Demonstrate sensitivity and judgement in handing confidential information - Process and detail oriented with a strong work ethic and team focused attitude - Able to adapt to frequent changes in the business operating environment - Attention to detail with a strong work ethic and team-focused attitude - Highly organized and self-motivated - An analytical mindset and an ability to come up with solutions to problems you encounter Preferred Qualifications: - VBA, SQL and/or Python knowledge is preferred Required Skills: Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, Python Important Skills: Analytical skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Team-focused attitude, Self-motivated Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
