The Campus Recruiting Intern will support the campus recruiting team in managing the summer internship and coordinating fall campus recruiting events, while also developing marketing strategies aligned with recruitment goals. Responsibilities: - Assisting in the development and implementation of the internship program, including event scheduling, managing calendar invites and managing presentations - Planning and coordinating events for the fall campus programming such as workshops, seminars, networking events, and social activities - Handling various administrative tasks related to the internship program such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing the program's budget - Schedule fall recruiting events and campaigns in Handshake and work with college career services - Align marketing efforts with recruitment goals and objectives - Utilize digital marketing tools to track and optimize campaign performance Required Qualifications: - Interest in campus recruiting, human resource, or talent marketing functions - Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook - Strong attention to detail and exceptionally organized - Strong multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills - High sense of urgency and proactive decision maker; Demonstrates good judgement - Easily builds rapport and an excellent team player; puts success of the team above their own - Interest in learning about an applicant tracking system, e.g. Greenhouse - Strong communication skills - Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: Campus recruiting, Event planning, Digital marketing tools Important Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: Creative thinker Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Learning and educational offerings, Opportunities to make an impact
