The Business Development & Sales Manager is a senior execution and strategy role focused on expanding Scan-Shipping commercial footprint. This position drives the acquisition and management of key export clients, aligns market intelligence with revenue strategies, and mentors junior team members to maintain high performance and operational fluidity.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor / Masters degree in Business Management / Marketing/ or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good networking and social network with all the freight forwarder players in market.
- Good knowledge and familiar with local and international governmental, customs, ocean and hazardous cargo regulations.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision.
- Fast learner
