That means:

• Clear content strategy
• Consistent posting
• Strong hooks
• Better storytelling
• Founder/business-owner relevance
• Comments and engagement

You will build and manage the pipeline for:

• Speaking engagements
• Podcasts
• Panels
• Workshops
• Accelerator sessions
• University / entrepreneurship events
• Franchise events
• Investor / portfolio company events
• International opportunities

You will find the right opportunities, build lists, write outreach, follow up, track status, and help move opportunities forward.

No messy pipeline.

• Speaking outreach sent
• Follow-ups completed
• Opportunities advanced
• Events booked
• Content themes tested
• Top-performing posts

If it matters, we measure it.

If we measure it, we improve it.

If it is not improving, we tell the truth and fix it.

Absolute Requirements

Do not apply unless these are true.

LinkedIn / Authority Experience

You must have at least 2 of these 4:

• Helped grow a LinkedIn profile by at least 10,000 followers
• Written or managed at least 100 LinkedIn posts for a founder, executive, business, or personal brand
• Built content that created measurable business outcomes: sales calls, qualified conversations, speaking opportunities, podcast invites, newsletter growth, community growth, or partnerships

• Follower growth
• Impressions
• Engagement rate

• Content output
• Connection requests
• DM replies

• Leads or revenue influenced by content

We do not need someone who “posts and prays.”

We need someone who watches the numbers and improves the game.

• Research audiences
• Study prospects
• Draft content
• Repurpose raw ideas
• Create topic lists

The exact tool matters less than this:

Can you find the right people, write like a human, start conversations, follow up, track the numbers, and create real opportunities?

Who This Is For

Apply if this fires you up:

• You know LinkedIn can create real business opportunities.
• You can write sharp, human, useful content.
• You hate generic AI bullshit.
• You can turn messy founder thoughts into posts people actually care about.
• You can build lists, send outreach, follow up, and create opportunities.
• You are not scared of big goals, clear scoreboards, or being measured.
• You can balance creativity with discipline.
• You like founders, business owners, entrepreneurs, and people building hard things.
• You use AI like a weapon, not a toy.
• You want a role that can change your career and life if you crush it.

Who This Is Not For

Do not apply if:

• You only know basic social media scheduling.
• You write boring corporate LinkedIn posts.
• You need perfect instructions.
• You are scared to reach out to people.
• You avoid follow-up.
• You are an AI novice.
• You think “posting consistently” is the same as winning.
• You dislike numbers, scoreboards, or being measured.
• You are applying to every remote job you see.
• You want a slow, corporate, low-pressure job.
• You cannot capture someone else’s voice.
• You are not willing to get your hands dirty.

This role should either make you think, “Hell yes, let’s go,” or “Nope, not for me.”

Both are useful.

Why This Role Is Different

• Real autonomy: We care about outcomes, ownership, and execution — not babysitting your every move.
• Real flexibility: We do not care where you live as long as you communicate well, overlap for key meetings, and get the damn work done.
• No micromanaging: You will have clear goals, clear scoreboards, and room to lead your lane.
• Real tools: You will have access to the AI, content, CRM, outreach, and operating tools needed to build this the right way.
• Real opportunity: If you crush this, you become a major part of a growing coaching, content, speaking, and advisory platform.
• Real impact: The work supports entrepreneurs and business owners who need better systems, coaching, resources, and accountability.
• Real trust: Earn trust, keep trust, and your seat gets bigger.
• Real fun: We move fast, try new shit, laugh, fix what breaks, and keep going. No boring corporate nonsense.
