They are seeking a Compounding Ops Intern to work directly with the Compounding and Ops department, focusing on analyzing and improving manufacturing processes within compounding. Responsibilities: - Monitor and document blend times and steps - Capture operational differences in blend operations and utilize critical thinking to drive problem solving to determine best ways of working - Utilize data analysis to proactively identify issues and generate solutions: RedZone, Tableau, PowerBI - Understanding of lean tools and processes with continued sustainability in mind: CILs, Centerlines, 5S, Continuous Improvement - Drive standardization across the plant and site - Actively participate in problem solving - Build site knowledge by continuously engaging operations team members to fix problems. Provide them opportunity to learn by doing.
