What You’ll Do
From day one, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day of running an SBM site — learning directly from site leaders, safety experts, and client operations teams. By week three, you’ll be applying what you’ve learned in real scenarios. By week nine, you’ll have the operational foundation and leadership skills to step into a site leadership role.

What You’ll Learn
- Team development and performance management
- Client engagement and relationship management
- Safety program leadership
- Budget management

Where It Leads
Graduates move into operations leadership roles across SBM’s sites — the specific next step depends on your track and location, and your mentors will help you find the right fit as you go.

Who We Are

What You Bring
You’re a natural leader who hasn’t had the title yet — someone who takes ownership, thrives in fast-paced environments, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to figure out how things really work. You ask good questions, build trust quickly, and bring a competitive drive to everything you do. Relocation-ready and eager to grow, you’re looking for more than a job — you want a career with momentum.
