Lead Associate, Future Talent & Employer… at Save the… · Washington

The Lead Associate, Future Talent & Employer Brand will lead the development and execution of Save the Children's employer branding and early talent strategies to strengthen the organization's ability to attract, engage, develop, and retain mission-driven talent. Through employer branding, university partnerships, internship and fellowship programs, employee advocacy, and talent pipeline development, this role will enhance Save the Children's reputation as an employer of choice while building sustainable early talent pipelines.
