Role Responsibilities

• Define digital experience, customer data, and AI/ML strategies.
• Design end-to-end enterprise and solution architectures across Adobe and client ecosystems.
• Develop multi-year architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
• Define secure, scalable and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Lead architecture governance, workshops, visioning sessions and roadmap presentations.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data, analytics and engineering teams.
• Support solutioning, proposals, estimations and pre-sales activities.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in developing enterprise architecture models.
• Strong understanding of TOGAF, API and SOA architecture frameworks.
• Hands-on/architectural experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience designing or integrating AI-powered customer experiences.
• Knowledge of LLM-based services, RAG, prompt design and model evaluation.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or at least one Adobe solution is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Ability to translate business vision into technical architecture and lead execution across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel, as required.
