| Training & Development |
- Develop, implement and deliver the Centre Training Program (CTP) within the Centre and ensure that it meets business and operational requirements and is aligned with the overall strategy.
- Ensure all training assessments and reports are consistent, objective and are a true reflection of the individuals’ performance.
- Ensure that the Training Room is prepared for the arrival of Students and Trainees in the Centre.
- Ensure development, preparation and maintenance of ATC Training classroom and material.
- Conduct refresher, recurrent and remedial training, and, when required, conduct nationally mandated theoretical and practical training (competency check) to ensure competency of all Centre Air Traffic Controllers.
- Collect, collate and disseminate the documentation and publications for ATC Training use.
- Monitor Centre training performance against targets and the CTP and propose remedial action when performance is not satisfactory.
- Identify and recommend further remedial training where appropriate, in addition to ensuring that resource for this training is available.
- Undertake Assessments and Verifications of training when required subject to qualifications.
- Maintain the ATCO records database covering medical, competency and English proficiency, and ensure that a proper notification system is in place around license expiry and renewal dates.
- Reflect changes to ATC procedures and the introduction of new equipment are reflected in the CTP, validation courses and simulations as required.
- Collect feedback on conducted trainings from trainees and communicate results to Chief of Training for necessary action.

- Ensure that the Training Rooms are prepared well for the training purpose
- Collect, collate and disseminate the documentation and publications for ATC Training use
- Ensure development, preparation and maintenance of ATC Training classroom and material
- Conducting liaison and familiarization with all ATS units as is necessary to be thoroughly conversant with current requirements for training throughout the ATS units

- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
