Job Description Export Marketing Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities

* Handle export orders from enquiry to shipment.

* Coordinate with international buyers, agents, production and logistics teams.

* Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations and other export documents.

* Follow up with buyers regarding samples, approvals, specifications and order requirements.

* Coordinate with production to ensure orders are manufactured as per buyer specifications and delivery schedules.

* Monitor production, quality, packing and shipment timelines.

* Handle buyer communication through email, WhatsApp and other business channels.

* Maintain customer records, order status and export documentation.

* Support the sales team in generating new B2B export leads and developing international customers.

* Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, distributors and importers.

* Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping teams for timely dispatch.

* Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth order execution.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in Export Marketing / Export Merchandising / International Sales, preferably in Leather Gloves, Safety Gloves or PPE.

* Good knowledge of export documentation and international order processing.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Good written and spoken English.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email communication.

* Ability to coordinate multiple orders and meet deadlines.

* Knowledge of international markets and B2B sales will be an advantage.
