The role involves leveraging personal networks to generate business and providing support through comprehensive training and mentorship to help new officers succeed in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities:
- Get licensed and build a network to generate income in the mortgage business
- Learn the actual mechanics of origination: how to run a file start to finish, the lender options, the software
- Use proven prospecting systems to turn your network into funded loans
- Participate in weekly calls with producers to share what's working right now
- Work with a pod leader on real borrower calls and with agents and builders over Zoom until you know exactly what to say and how to say it
- Utilize AI tools and training to gain an edge in the mortgage business

Required Qualifications:
- Must have a sphere of contacts in your phone, a past-client base from real estate, a sales network, or deep community relationships
- Must be a self-starter who can generate your own business
- Must be genuinely coachable and open to feedback
- Must be ready to work in a 100% commission business
