Summary: Satellites Unlimited (SUI) is a regional service provider and authorized retailer serving the Southeast with video, internet, home automation, and security solutions. The company is seeking an entry-level Field Technician to install satellite, broadband, and smart home products, troubleshoot service issues, educate customers, and promote related products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
- Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
- Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations

Required Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
- Work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
