Summary: Satellites Unlimited (SUI) is a regional service provider and authorized retailer serving the Southeast with video, internet, home automation, and security solutions. The Field Technician installs satellite, broadband, and smart home products, troubleshoots equipment and service issues, and educates customers while recommending related products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Install tech products from DISH, Starlink, Boost Mobile, OnTech, Polk Audio, Google, and Ring
- Troubleshoot and solve equipment and service issues
- Educate customers on smart home technology and drive sales of products and related services through solution-based recommendations

Required Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs, and carry extension ladders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Must be at or below 330 lb weight limit
- Work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
