SOCIAL WORKER DEGREE Location: Yorkton, SK, Canada Position #: 195485 Expected Start Date: August 12, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Yorkton Regional Health Centre City/Town: Yorkton Department: Mental Health General Nursing Unit Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 13, 2026 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 28 shifts of 8 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Social Worker - BSW $35.137 to $42.966 Travel Required: No Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker BSW provides a range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment, and case coordination services to a primarily adult community mental health and addictions population.
