Account Executive at Sarsan Heavy Engineering LLC in Sharjah

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the engineering industry in UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, project cost tracking, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting management with accurate financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records for all company transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including supplier payments, subcontractor invoices, and client billing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor project-wise costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Process payroll and staff expense claims when required.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and budget preparation.
• Maintain documentation for contracts, variations, retention, and project billing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support management with financial analysis and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
