About the Role
With a leading presence in the Greek business ecosystem for over a century, Saracakis Group of Companies, is always looking for passionate people to join our team. We are currently seeking to hire a:
After-Sales Manager, Trucks & Buses Division
The After-Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management, development, and profitability of the division’s After-Sales operations, including Parts Sales, Service Operations, Technical Support, Warranty Management, and Service Network Performance.
The role ensures high levels of customer satisfaction, sustainable business growth, operational excellence, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets while supporting the company's strategic objectives.

1. Business Development & Commercial Performance
Develop and implement the division's After-Sales strategy.
Achieve agreed sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives within the Aftermarket sector.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process for After Sales operations.
Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
2. Parts Sales & Profitability Management
Manage the Parts business to maximize sales growth and profitability.
Develop pricing strategies and commercial policies.
Analyze sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover.
Monitor stock availability and optimize inventory levels.
Support the dealer network with product, pricing, and commercial guidance.
Approve quotations, discounts, and commercial agreements within delegated authority limits.
3. Service Operations Management
Oversee service workshop operations and technical support activities.
Ensure efficient execution of maintenance, repair, and warranty services.
Monitor service quality standards and operational performance.
Coordinate service campaigns, recalls, and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company procedures.
4. Dealer & Service Network Development
Develop and manage the authorized service and dealer network.
Monitor network performance through KPIs, audits, and business reviews.
Identify gaps in geographical coverage and propose network expansion opportunities.
Support dealers in achieving operational and commercial objectives.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and best practices throughout the network.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and fleet accounts.
Drive initiatives aimed at improving Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and customer retention.
Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
Promote a customer-centric culture across all After Sales activities.
6. Warranty & Technical Support Management
Provide overall leadership and oversight of warranty and technical support operations.
Monitor performance, costs, and compliance with manufacturer standards.
Support the resolution of critical technical and warranty escalations.
Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
7. Leadership & People Management
Lead, coach, and develop the After Sales team.
Set individual and departmental objectives and monitor performance.
Conduct performance reviews and identify development opportunities.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure effective resource allocation and succession planning.
What will you bring
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered an asset.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in After Sales, Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Industrial Equipment, or a related industry.
Proven experience in managing Parts and Service operations.
Strong commercial and financial management background.
Previous experience leading teams and dealer/service networks.
