Role & responsibilities

As a Senior Pega Developer, you will be leading the designing and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale Pega Decisioning solutions. You will mentor junior team members, drive technical excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet critical business needs. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our clients' success while further developing your expertise in Pega Decisioning.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega PRPC platform (Pega 8.x experience preferred).
• Proven, direct hands-on project experience working with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and a deep operational understanding of global Payment Systems and banking regulations.
• Mandatory Certification: Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) certifications.
• BPM Capabilities: Master-level knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, Declarative expressions, UI rules, and Report Definitions.
• Database & Integrations: Strong experience handling SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and standard middleware connectivity protocols.
• System Integration: Design and configure secure enterprise-grade integrations (REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners) to link Pega with external banking ledgers and core transaction systems.
• Agile Delivery: Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and modern Scrum frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery teams to contribute to reusable platform components, modernization efforts, and mentoring of junior engineers
