What you’ll build

Summary:

• As a Business Analyst - Business Intelligence, you are responsible for the professional conception of analyses, reports and dashboards from a variety of sources.
• You will develop and implement customer- as well as supplier-specific requirements.
• You will develop a consistent “look & feel” for reports and dashboards tailored to your target groups.
• In addition to an eye for appealing reports, you also bring basic knowledge of the IT architecture required to access the underlying data sources.
• Regular exchange with various stakeholders allows you to continuously improve the quality of individual reports and dashboards.
• You are an enabler, you have the ability to develop an enterprise data model and are supporting to realize enduring, data-driven decisions.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in data visualization, data science or a related field.
• Knowledge of methods, instruments and techniques for creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex data-based problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly working in cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Initial experience with BI and ITSM tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Salesforce, SQL) for creating reports and dashboards is desirable
• Independent acceptance and responsibility for work packages from the subject area with the associated prioritization.
• Fluency in German and English is a must
