About the Role

As Lending Services & Delivery Partner for Americas, you will take end-to-end ownership of SAP Fioneer's most strategic lending engagements across North America — from early-stage advisory through to full programme delivery.

You will work across our core lending portfolio with a strong focus on Mortgage Servicing, Commercial Lending, and the transformation needs of primary servicers — engaging with clients at the point where business transformation decisions are made. This is not a role that starts at contract signature — you will be involved early, shaping scope, aligning stakeholders, and building the foundation for successful delivery.

The role covers the US and Canadian markets, requiring deep familiarity with North American lending operations and regulatory environments, as well as a willingness to be present where it matters. Significant travel across the region is expected and essential.

Large-scale lending transformations demand sustained focus. Clients who trust SAP Fioneer with their most strategic programmes have high expectations — and rightly so. This role is for someone who can meet that standard: deeply engaged, consistently present, and genuinely invested in the outcome.

You will work closely with senior and C-level stakeholders to shape solutions around their specific objectives — and then see those solutions through to delivery. On time, within budget, and to a quality that earns the next conversation.

What this requires above all is passion for the work and the resilience to stay the course through complexity — the kind of commitment that turns a difficult programme into a reference that opens doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients early in the programme lifecycle — before contract signature — to shape scope, align stakeholders, and build the foundation for successful delivery

• Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale lending transformation programmes, with particular focus on Mortgage Servicing, Commercial Lending, and primary servicer modernisation

• Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of accountability throughout the engagement

• Develop client-specific solutions that address their strategic objectives — translating business needs into concrete delivery roadmaps

• Ensure programme delivery on time, within budget, and to a quality standard that strengthens SAP Fioneer's reputation and positions the team for the next engagement

• Build, develop, and lead high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and sales teams to ensure solutions are technically sound and commercially viable

• Identify and proactively manage delivery risks across programmes, escalating where necessary with clear mitigation proposals

• Proven experience delivering large-scale lending technology programmes in North America, with particular depth in one or more of the following: Mortgage Servicing, Commercial Lending, or primary servicer transformation

• Strong track record in end-to-end programme management — from early scoping through to go-live — with full accountability for quality, scope, and budget

• Experience building and leading high-performing delivery teams in complex, cross-functional environments

• Demonstrated ability to engage and align C-level stakeholders, combining strategic advisory skills with hands-on delivery ownership

• Solid understanding of lending architecture, system integration, and cloud-based platform design

• Experience working with core banking or lending platforms; knowledge of SAP Fioneer solutions is a strong asset

• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean organisation where initiative and judgement matter

• Willingness to travel extensively across North America

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project to shape the ever-evolving financial sector. This is an environment where you can have it all — the agility, enthusiasm, and dynamism of a start-up, combined with the established expertise, solid market presence, and extensive customer network of a more established organization.

At SAP Fioneer, you will benefit from a flexible work environment that encourages creativity and empowers you to think outside the box, bring new ideas to the table, and challenge the status quo. You will become part of a diverse and global team that we are proud of and are constantly growing and reinventing.
