Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional banking experience from the moment they arrive
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant banking products and services
- Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options
- Resolve routine account inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
- Handle cash transactions while maintaining accurate drawer balances
- Follow compliance, security, and fraud prevention procedures to minimize risk
- Support branch operations, including audits, custodianship, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Provide support to nearby branch locations as business needs require
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED: or equivalent work experience - Required
- 6+ Months Cash Handling experience - Required
- 6+ Months Demonstrated customer service experience - Required
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk to appropriate channels
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement
- Energetic, organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and basic math skills
- Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
- Preferred experience in Microsoft Office products
