The Specialist, Platform & Delivery Management develops and owns cutting-edge back-end services for consumer-facing financial applications, creating new APIs, data models, and analytics tools. Responsibilities: - Maintains network operating environment by supporting lifecycle projects while ensuring compliance with configuration standards - Supports platform provisioning necessary to deliver capabilities defined in network services service catalog - Contributes to the improvement of process, procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner - Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Network Services service catalog - Partners with and consults with internal business partners in Cybersecurity, Technology Architecture and Service Operations & Support, including third-party support leads and vendors - Maintains network solutions that are compliant with Cybersecurity Policy and applicable industry regulations - Supports evolution of the network services operating environment through automation and new technology adoption Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Computer Science Engineering or a equivalent discipline - 0+ Years Experience in software development - Ability to apply process management principles to set the tone and pace for the maturation of the program - Ability to influence and gain trust at business and technology management levels in multi-culture environments - Ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously to short timescales - Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement - Good verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivation with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technology and business environment Preferred Qualifications: - Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Experience in Microsoft Office products Required Skills: Software development, Process management, Network services, Cybersecurity compliance, API development, Data modeling, Analytics tools, Microsoft Office, influence, gain trust, manage multiple project activities, Continuous improvement Benefits: A fair and competitive rewards package that reflects the impact you create and the value you deliver, Benefits are designed to support you, your family and your well-being, now and into the future
